1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms explain the rules for using Oxigin, including our website, provider portal and any related services (together, "Oxigin", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Oxigin, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Oxigin.
2. What Oxigin does
Oxigin is a career platform for psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNPs). We:
- collect job listings that employers publish on their own career sites and applicant tracking systems, and show them in one place;
- compare those listings with the profile you give us to suggest jobs that may suit you; and
- summarise job market information such as salaries, locations and work arrangements.
Oxigin is not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency. We don't represent employers or candidates, we don't make or influence hiring decisions, and we don't guarantee that you will be offered an interview or a job. When you apply for a job, you apply directly with the employer on their own site, under their terms.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Oxigin. Oxigin currently focuses on jobs in the United States.
You agree to give accurate information when you create your account and to keep it up to date. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away at support@oxigin.io if you think someone else has used it.
4. Job listings and third-party sites
Job listings come from employers and third-party job boards. We try to keep them accurate and current, but we don't write them, and we can't guarantee that a listing is complete, correct, still open, or that the role, pay or conditions are as described.
Some details are worked out by us rather than stated by the employer. For example, we may classify a job's specialty or practice setting, and we show hourly pay as an estimated full-time yearly amount (based on 2,080 hours a year). Always confirm the details with the employer before you rely on them.
Oxigin links to employers' and other third parties' websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your information.
5. Matches and career intelligence
Match scores, recommendations and market figures are produced automatically, partly using artificial intelligence, from listing data and the information in your profile. They're meant to help you decide where to focus, not to replace your own judgment. They may be incomplete or wrong, and they aren't career, legal, financial or professional advice.
6. Your profile, resume and licenses
You're responsible for the information you add to your profile, including your resume, practice areas, preferences and licensure details. Oxigin doesn't verify your licenses, prescriptive authority or registrations. It's your responsibility to hold the licensure and credentials a role requires and to meet the employer's requirements.
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store, process and analyse it so we can run Oxigin for you, including to match you with jobs. Before your resume is used for matching, we remove personal contact details from it.
7. Your information
We use your information to provide and improve Oxigin, to keep it secure, and to contact you about your account. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send your profile or resume to employers. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to close your account, by emailing support@oxigin.io.
8. Acceptable use
When using Oxigin, you agree not to:
- give false information or pretend to be someone else;
- copy, scrape or resell our listings, match results or market data, or use automated tools to access Oxigin without our written permission;
- try to get around security measures or access accounts or data that aren't yours;
- upload anything unlawful, harmful or that infringes someone else's rights; or
- use Oxigin in a way that could damage, overload or disrupt it.
9. Employers and listing owners
If you're an employer and want a listing corrected, updated or removed from Oxigin, email support@oxigin.io with a link to the listing and we'll deal with it promptly.
10. Intellectual property
Oxigin, including its design, software, logo and the way we organise and present information, belongs to us or our licensors. Job listings belong to the employers that published them. You may use Oxigin for your own personal job search, but not for any other purpose without our permission.
11. Disclaimers
Oxigin is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises about Oxigin being uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or about the outcome of any job search or application.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Oxigin won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost earnings, opportunities or data, arising from your use of Oxigin, from job listings, or from your dealings with employers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
13. Suspension and closing accounts
You can stop using Oxigin and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts Oxigin or other users at risk.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Oxigin changes. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and if the changes are significant we'll let you know. If you keep using Oxigin after an update, you accept the new terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Oxigin is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
